If contracting K.G. Stevens to perform tear-out of your existing tile countertops, it is understood that K.G. Stevens is not responsible for repairing and/or replacing any damage that may occur to cabinets, walls, flooring, etc. during the removal process. While K.G. Stevens will take all of the necessary precautions to limit the amount of damage, one should anticipate the possibility of replacing cabinets and/or repairing drywall should you decide to move forward with this service. Tile countertops are set/installed in a number of different ways (i.e. screwed, nailed, glued, etc...) and depending on the method of installation used will directly impact the amount of damage encountered at time of tear-out.

Please note that field measurements are not scheduled if a deposit or payment is required. Measures cannot be scheduled until all information is received including model numbers for sinks, cooktops, downdrafts, or built-in ranges. Apron front or farmhouse sinks must be installed prior to measure unless being provided and installed by K.G. Stevens. All quotes are subject to change upon field measure or if changes are requested by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate any changes to the order once submitted for processing. Please submit changes and/or order updates using the Change Order form located on our website to ensure your requests have been received and processed by our Order Processing Team.
