Once you have met with our sales team and have placed an order, you will be assigned a Project Manager who will be your main point of contact for the remainder of your job! If you seek assistance from a specific department and cannot reach your Project Manager, please see the employee contact list below for those department contacts.
KG Stevens primary business is as a wholesale manufacturer. However, as customer needs have changed over the years, we do work directly with homeowners that do not have a contractor or prefer to hire direct. If you are looking to replace your countertops, our inside sales team is happy to help or we can direct you to one of our dealer partners in your area. As with every order, we require a few elements to process your job completely. We ask that you provide us: (1) a complete Order Form, (2) a drawing of the job and (3) our bid. If you do not have a bid from us, Get a Quote. When you are ready to send over your job, just include all three documents. Once we have all of them, we will begin to process your job.
Plant tours are available to designers, sales people and expediters and must be scheduled in advance. We believe the chance to view our operation it will lead to a better understanding of the manufacturing process.
Our company operates under strict OSHA guidelines. Slab viewings, remnant selections and plant tours all require personal protective gear. Please wear close-toed shoes. We will provide hard hats and safety glasses for our visitors.
